My wife started baking bread and she tried several home bakery bread makers this is by far the most economical and tasty bread maker she's ever owned. There are 40 ways of making Japanese style soft bread, cake, udon and jam for that little machine. It is compact and suitable for family of 4. I have compared it with other brand, the differences to making this bread maker amazing is the mixing function and the 3 times FERMENTATION process programed by the machine itself. We just simply put water, flour, yeast, sugar, butter and salt...then we can enjoy our fluffy bread in the morning.The machine maybe little louder than P brand bread maker. However, the quality of bread is way better than using other bread makers on the market.The only concern that we had was that reading Japanese is a must have skill for this bread maker. However, you can just google translate the additional recipe book included in the package. And, you have to use an international charger to make sure you don't burn your house down while making your bread. Neither one of the problems are bothering us. We love having home made bread by using this machine since we want to add the already known ingredients to our bread.
