The box had some damaged pieces in it that the seller replaced quickly so great customer service.I raise a German Roller Canaries and theses cages while built cheaply and a bit flimsy will work pretty good. they were easy and quick to assemble and all the parts were there. the only real problem is the cage divider. to get a good divide you have to use the wire floor above the waste pan.My birds were not comfortable/distracted standing on the wire floor, and a couple birds went under the divider when I took the wire out, so I had to make a divider in the pan itself.I wrote the above review two years ago, and after raising about 90 canaries in the first set of cages, I just received my second set. They arrived quick, and were still easy to set up. the new set actually had instructions which the first set did not so I found out that I had set up the first incorrectly (still worked) I plan to order 2 more sets in the next year.I did have cause to contact the seller again. quick response, and great assistance.
