This is the second winter that we've used this bird seed and I think that all of the birds in the neighborhood have found our feeder! We are not really "birders" -- at least not particularly knowledgeable about the various species, but we do enjoy seeing them feed at our feeder during the cold winter months. At one time during a snowy month last winter we spotted 13 bright red Cardinals waiting their turns at the feeder. What a delight! (And what a photograph I was able to get!) This seed also seems to attract a variety of different birds (Chickadees, Blue Jays and even a Woodpecker) giving us an ongoing view from our kitchen window.
