This would be the perfect way to have all 3 of Robert Bloch's PSYCHO novels on your bookshelf in one volume, except for one ridiculous oversight:The final chapter of the original PSYCHO novel is cut off, midway through! The last sentence of this edition's reprint of PSYCHO is: "Mother killed them. That's what he said, but it was a lie."There is SUPPOSED to follow, from there, several more paragraphs of Norman/Mother's internal monologue culminating in one of the classic lines made famous by the film: "Why, she wouldn't even harm a fly..." But it's all missing. So, be warned. You may want to consider purchasing the 3 novels separately instead, as they are each available cheaply.Final part of final chapter in original Psycho is missing....Book was in great condition, even better than described! Really happy!!I was a fan of the movie and to a lesser extent, the sequels. After viewing the movie 'Hitchcock' I became curious about Bloch's original versions.I really enjoyed all three of these stories. They were very well written and fairly quick reads.Very cool stuff.I liked these books, but I could have done better by just reading the original "Psycho." All three are good, but the last two are not as great as the original. 3 stars only. It could have been better, but it was good reading.Arrived on time and as describedmany thanks !!!!!!The book is beautiful and in great condition.
